Note: Pursuant to Georgia Statute §36-67A-3(c), any opponent, generally a person speaking in opposition at the public hearing or submitting documents noting their opposition, to a rezoning action must file a disclosure of campaign contribution. A disclosure is required if the opponent, within the last two years, made a $250 or greater campaign contribution to a Bryan County Commissioner. Such disclosures must be filed a minimum of five days before the public hearing. These disclosures may be filed with the Community Development Department either by mail (66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324) or email (dmonaco@bryancountyga.gov). If hand delivering, you may file in Richmond Hill or at the County's Pembroke office at 51 North Courthouse Street, Pembroke.
