REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ARTIFICIAL TURF FIELDS REPLACEMENT
AT DEVAUL HENDERSON PARK
Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to replacement of two artificial turf fields at DeVaul Henderson Park located 215 Henderson Park Blvd., Richmond Hill GA 31324. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify a qualified contractors with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this RFP. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of the turf replacement project. The project area consist of two fields totaling approximately 170,800 SF

This RFP has been issued on Tuesday May 30, 2023. All companies interested in submitting a proposal must submit all addendums if applicable with their proposal.
The County may award the contract to the vendor demonstrating the most complete response and full compliance with the specifications and in accordance with procurement requirements set forth by the Federal Government. The County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages all small and minority-owned businesses to submit proposals. The County anticipates awarding this contract to the lowest responsive bidder.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday June 20 2023 at 10:00am in the Bryan County Recreation Center located at 215 Henderson Park Blvd., Richmond Hill GA 31324.
Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Bryan County Public Works located at 500 Ledford Street, Pembroke GA 31321. Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00pm EST, on Thursday, June 29, 2023. Proposals must be received in a sealed envelope or container marked “Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Artificial Turf Field Replacement Project at DeVaul Henderson Park”. Place the Project name, and opening date on the submitting envelope or container. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the designated bid time.
