1.1 PROJECT INFORMATION
A. Notice to Bidders: Bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders.
B. Project Identification: Concession Stand and Ballfields for DeVaul Henderson Park
1. Project Location: 500 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Richmond Hill, GA 31324
2. Owner: Bryan County Board of Commissioners, 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.

1. Architect’s Representative: Mark Videkovich
D. Project Description: Project consists of a new 1,298 square foot 1-story concession building with restrooms. The building will be constructed in accordance with 2018 International Building Codes with Georgia Amendments, Construction type will be Type IIB construction. The facility will be fully conditioned and will include support spaces such as; restrooms and storage. Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The project also includes 2 lighted and fenced 200’ baseball fields. The site work will include a new parking area.
1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $2,700,000 to $3,000,000.
E. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
1. General Contract (all trades).
1.2 BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING
A. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: October 31, 2023
2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time.
3. Location: 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
