INVITATION TO BID
Bryan County Turf-Grass Treatment Contract
1. Sealed bid proposals for Landscaping Services at various locations within Bryan County will be
publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryan County Public Works Building, located at 290 Fort
McAllister Road, Richmond Hill Georgia, 31324 at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday February 15, 2024.
Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public Works Office located at the
above address Monday – Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M.
2. Bryan County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services for
Turf-Grass Treatments (fertilization and weed control). The scope of work will include seven
locations within Bryan County, with seven treatments per calendar year. Locations include ball
fields, administrative complexes, roundabouts, and highway medians. Contractors are encouraged
to review the RFP and submit a proposal for this contract.
