2024 Road Resurfacing Project
1. Sealed bid proposals for the 2024 Road Resurfacing Project will be publically opened and read aloud at
the Bryan County Public Works Building located at 500 Ledford Street, Pembroke, Georgia 31321 at 2:00
P.M. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Prior to the bid opening sealed bids may be delivered to the Public
Works Office located at the above address Monday – Friday during normal business hours from 7:00 A.M
to 3:30 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the address
above.
2. Bryan County is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified General Contractors who are interested in
submitting a proposal and entering into a contract for the various types of road improvement work
including but not limited to installation of asphalt milling, base repair, asphalt paving striping and shoulder
reconstruction.
