Sealed proposals for Bryan County I–16 Interstate Centre Water Well Upgrades owned by The Bryan County Board of Commissioners will be received at the Bryan County Administration Building, 2^nd floor, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 10:00 AM on March 5, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened.
The project consists of the following generally described work:
The replacement of the existing well pump with a 900 GPM well pump, electrical control upgrades, and new SCADA controls.
Plans and Specifications are to be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., (issuing office) at 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia, 31405 upon payment of $50.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). The payment is non–refundable. Contact Karen Smulski at smulski.k@tandh.com to request plans and specifications. Only Bidders who obtain documents for Thomas & Hutton (issuing office) shall be placed on the plan holder list and allowed to submit bids.
