Bryan County Emergency Management Agency (BEMA) in partnership with the City of Richmond Hill and the City of Pembroke, provides Smart911 Emergency Notifications through RAVE — your direct line for critical alerts.

By signing up, you’ll receive notices sent straight to you by phone call, text, email, and even social media. BEMA Alerts keep you informed about urgent situations such as evacuation orders, power outages, severe weather, flooding, hazardous material spills, and other emergencies where minutes matter.

BEMA also uses Alerts through Smart911 to share important community updates like planned road closures, water or utility repairs, and service interruptions.
