Q: When are your open gym hours?
A: Open gym hours are typically Monday - Friday 11:00am-5:00pm at our Timber Trail location. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am-5:00pm and Wednesday and Friday 1:30pm-5:00pm DuVaul Henderson. At this time there is no open gym hours for our Hendrix location. *These times are subject to change without notice, please call to verify before arrival. There are no open gym hours on the weekends.
Q: Are bounce houses/inflatables allowed?
A: No bounce houses or inflatables of any kind are allowed on county property.
Q: How do I reserve a facility? How far in advance do I need to request a field/gym?
A: Click on the facilities tab and then click the link to fill out your info. All requests need to be submitted 7 business days before the event date.
Q: Do you offer pickleball or tennis as a rec sport?
A: We do not offer these as rec league sports but we have several courts between our Duvaul Henderson, Hendrix and Timber Trail Parks to make playing easy. If you are looking for team in these sports, please reach out to www.richmondhilltennis.com or the Richmond Hill PickleBall Club.
Q: Do you offer soccer as a rec sport?
A: Our Hendrix park location offers soccer several times a year but our DuVaul Henderson/Timber Trail locations do not. If you are looking for league soccer in Richmond Hill, please visit www.richmondhillsc.com or call 912-756-3259 for details.
Q: How do I register for a sport/camp?
A: Once you click on the register button and select a sport, it will prompt you to create an account. Please note, Parents information must be entered first!
Q: What do I do if I forget my username/password to my account?
A: Follow the prompts for forgot username/password or call 912-851-0092 for help registering for a camp/sport. Please do not create a new account.
Q: What forms of payment is accepted?
A: All Bryan County Recreation Departments accept payment made either by Cash, Checks and all major Credit Cards.
Q: Where do I go to make a payment in person for a sport or camp?
A: To pay in person: 508 Timber Trail, Richmond Hill GA 31324 between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
